D & N Metals Co. Ltd was founded in 1984 by Danny & Nicole McLaughlin, and incorporated in 1989. In 1986, the two boys, Tony and Mike, decided to join the firm permanently, and daughter Penny would join the team during summer vacations. The company deals in metal recycling. In 2016, a Construction and Demolition Debris (C & D Debris) site was added where contractors as well as individuals can bring in their rubble.
In 2012, the McLaughlin family (Danny, Nicole, Tony & Mike) founded McLaughlin Soil Management Facility Ltd.
